Privacy policy

PourWire (pourwire.com) sells a daily feed of restaurants and bars about to open, built from public liquor license and permit filings. This page says what we collect about you, why, and who handles it for us. Questions or requests: tq@pourwire.com.

What we collect

How we use it

We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it with advertisers.

Who processes it for us

Data about venues and owners

The feed itself comes from public government records: liquor license applications, building and health permits. These records can include a business owner's name and the business contact details filed with the agency. We show them as they appear in the source record, with a link back to it. If you are named in a record and want it corrected or removed from PourWire, email us and we will act on it within 30 days. The agency's own record is not changed by this.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records stay while you have an account and for as long as tax and accounting rules require after that. Usage events are kept while we run the service, unless you ask us to delete yours.
