Terms of service
These terms cover your use of PourWire (pourwire.com, the daily wire emails, the API and
the MCP server). By starting a trial or a subscription you agree to them. Questions:
tq@pourwire.com.
The service
PourWire collects public liquor license and permit filings and turns them into a feed of
venues likely to open soon, with the evidence for each. Opening dates are estimates. The
records come from government agencies and can be late, incomplete or wrong, so check
anything important against the linked source before you rely on it.
Trials and subscriptions
- Plans are priced per metro per month (or per year), as shown on
the pricing page.
- A trial lasts 14 days. A trial without a card simply ends. A trial with a
card turns into a paid subscription at the end unless you cancel first; we email you a
reminder before the first charge.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel
or pause from Settings at any time; cancelling stops future charges and access continues
to the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded for partial periods
unless the law requires it.
- Each trade has a limited number of seats per metro. A seat is held while your trial or
subscription is active.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We tell you by email at least 30 days
before a change applies to you.
Acceptable use
- Use the data for your own business: prospecting, research and your own CRM.
- Don't resell or republish the feed, or build a competing data product from it.
- Don't share your login or API key outside your company, and don't scrape the site or
work around API rate limits.
- Follow the laws that apply to how you contact people, including anti-spam rules.
We can suspend accounts that break these rules.
No warranty, limited liability
PourWire is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect
or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us
in the 12 months before it.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we update the date above and email
subscribers before the change takes effect.
